Location:Just Outside Hidden village of the Rain

Weather/Time of day: blood orange sunset and windy

Situation: The uchihas have come with their lust for power to take Nagatos eyes so they can destroy the hidden leaf

Nagato is waiting with Gedo Mazo summoned and his paths at his side.

Tbh I would say the police force would win unless we know gedo's power without all the tailed beasts. Sure nagato would have his 6 paths + him but unless he is hiding he has no chance of winning. He can't defend his 6 paths and himself at the same time. The uchiha's powers while they are known they are also unknown. We don't know the full extent of how powerful or if they have a MS or so in the bunch. Most likely some of them do have a MS. Then the main thing that can end it all is that itachi has shusui's MS in a crow. He can make it use KA on nagato making nagato kill himself, which means no more paths to fight with.

Op says Gedo Mazo is already summoned with Nagato waiting. And were not sure if Itachi's totsuka sword can seal Gedo Mazo as its a statue without a soul of its own. You cant take everything literally "sealing anything it stabs".
