Can i get new CnC on my fixed sig?

First of all. Centering your sigs make them look better. Also, Minato looks too faded out. And all you did was put it on a universe background that fits in no way.

Its okaay. But as others have said it doesnt fit in with the background. It needs to fade in more with it.

Wrong section and the signature is over the limit of maximum size allowed, ie 650*300 pixels.
