Tsukuyommi Vs Rinnegan User

rinnegan is a better version of sharingan... updated to put in better words...
SHARINGAN gives perception of vision allowing skilled users to SEE THROUGH genjutsu and thus know they are in 1 much faster than others....sharingan does NOT break genjutsu......Rinnegan would just have a higher perception of vision than sharingan...
But that does not matter..... Nagato a wielder of the rinnegan still will not be able to beat tsukomi , because sharingan is not what is needed for breaking tsukomi.... ask Kakashi... as he stated Hid tsukyomi can only be broken by an uchiha... unfortunately nagato does not have that...
who can break it? Madara, Tobi(questionable if he even is a uchiha)
