there's a more in-depth explanation to what your'e saying, but your half right. Sasuke awakend MS,Amaterassu, Susanoo, and Tsukiyomi when Itachi died. Full stop. Now the ADDITIONAL Amaterassu (that activates when Sasuke looks at Tobi's Sharingan) was passed to Sasuke with Itachi's blood (blood from his Fingers went from Sasuke's forehead to his eyes).

This is retarded. We all know that you don't have to kill the person you care most about to awaken MS. Both Madara and Izuna got their through training and hard work. It was stated that it was their attemps to surpasse each other and intence training that brought it about.

The only reference to having to kill a sibling or one closest to you was when Itachi told it to Sasuke as a child. This was also when Itachi was at the stage of lying to Sasuke a lot. I personally see a link there. Anyone who still thinks you have to kill a sibling/the one closest to you is just dim.
