No, he won't.

We don't even know how strong he is now with the EMS. It's likely the EMS is enough for Sasuke to stand on equal footing with KM Naruto.

Sasuke getting the Rinnegan is just stupidly repetitive. Madara revealing his Rinnegan was already a lame kicker. Kishi won't do it

Not to mention if Sasuke gets the Rinnegan, then it would mean Naruto would need another boost in power. It just won't happen.

I don't think he will get one because he is not ready. He is to emotional right now and he is confused and I think the sharigan turns into rennigan after you are ready

I kinda hope not dude. I think Sasuke is best if they just keep him as a Sharingan user.

If he does I still think Naruto with KM & SM & FTG tech n stuff will still own him. The show is called Naruto after all.
