Itachi vs Sasori

Can itachi read puppet movements? Can genjutsu work? Can he handle all sasori's poison release? Iron sand?

My post had nothing to do with Itachi's intelligence. I know he's extremely smart, but all of his jutsu are practically useless against Sasori while Sasori has plenty of jutsu that are effective against Itachi.



And what does that have to do with my post? Sasori has poison that can cover a very large distance and his iron sand is very fast.

It dosent matter Itachi will think of numerous ways of beating Sasori

You can't even come up with a logical way for Itachi to win other then he will think of numerous ways to beat Itachi, which is one of the most illogical arguments I've ever heard.

Well let me ask you what numerous ways would Itachi think of to beat Sasori? If you can provide me with some that are actually logical then I'll consider actually debating this subject.

poison darts need to be thrown and can be avoided with speed, sharigan aids this. also sharingan can see chakra

NONE Of itachi's genjutsu would be of use.. which leaves only his little fire jutsu we've seen, ( im sure he had much more jutsu, he can copy techs after all, but can;t go on that)

Susanno's sword slash, and defence is all he really has.... ,

Yes that's what i believe as well.
But , how long can he hold out in that form.

But remember it takes one scratch from sasori for itachi to lose this fight.
Why wouldn't sasori use the 'so called' impossible to dodge iron sand move.
Forcing itachi to use susanoo if he wants to survive.

Isn't izanagi a jutsu only the blood of a uchiha and senju can use.
I think i might be reading mixed up scanlations.
Because first it was uchiha
then it was uchiha with senju
then i heard senju only extended the time.

Sasori also has poison on the weaponry of the 3rd Kazekage puppet.

yup itachi even if he's poisoned he'll use izangi but sasori would not be that easy though.........

I don't think itachi has the izanagi
but he would still win even tough sasori is one of my favourite caracters
it would be a great fight

Sasori's also very smart as well and has alot of battle experience on his side.

Unfortunately sharigan can read puppet movements, not underground but the sharingan can see the slightest muscle movement or urge.

I think itachi will lose this fight because of the poison.

Susanoo and yata mirror > Iron sand

But it all depends on he utilizes his jutsus.

totsuka sword isn't slow, it cut and cut oro off in the middle of his words , which is some seconds time...

Well. I dont think it is too slow.
Itachi activated susanoo, in a millionth of a second against Kirin which is said to be the fastest attackin technique.

So if susanoo can block that im pretty sure it can stand ground against this.

And how's he supposed to do that when he doesn't know where it is and Sasori being in his Akatsuki cloak?

Sasori can also switch between all of his puppets so Itachi could easily strike down a different puppet.

What I will say is that sasori's scorpion, itachi will get past the scorpion form and the 3rd kazekage, but by that time it would've taken a lot out him, he now has to go up against 100 plus puppets but this time at the same time.

Sasori is the clear winner here imo
