i agreed with your comebacks. i mean it is all due to opinion overall (none of us will know til the end what Kishi intended for what) but i get sick of these people only looking at things one way and completely dissing a character because shes not useful in "their" opinion. Everyone is useful somehow and that includes Sakura (not even going to go through all those examples) Ino (Choji might be dead meat now or wouldnt have powered up if not for Ino given him the pep talk..and she also was responsible for Sakura becoming strong and helping Sakura come out of her shell. Sakura and Hinata werent so different at first, Sakura chose to become outgoing and make herself known and Hinata sat back in the corner for a long time) Hinata (again she is useful and there are a few examples of it)...regardless no one is useless.

Well like I said I don't hate Sakura because of any physical appearance or anything else other than the fact she used to treat Naruto lower than Akamaru's s**t piles.

i do agree with you that Sakura is better in alot of ways but it does erk me you say common Hyuga, Kakashi states himself that its the oldest and greatest bloodline in the leaf...and yes over the sharingan for sharingan fanboys. Also, the whole Pein scenario could be looked at several ways...ya you could say she caused Naruto to turn into the kyubi...but if he wouldnt have..he MOST LIKELY wouldnt have beat Pein or met his dad until maybe the Sasuke fight. He also wouldnt have worked so hard to control the fox in the time he did..meaning Naruto coming out of hiding for the war to help might not have went in his favor too well without that control...plus that caused him to meet his mother as well. Maybe the 4th war wouldnt have started if Naruto wouldnt have beat Pein but then Hinata, Kakashi, Shizune and others would be toast.

other than that...Hinata is nice and is def one of the stongest shinobi's in Naruto class (probably stronger than Sakura in a way) but i do find her awkward and shy and almost like another Naruto light character similar to Konohamaru. She doesnt have her own way of doing things..she copies Naruto and i would too cuz he usually succeeds at what he wants lol. But least Sakura would know how to handle someone like Naruto lol i could see Naruto running all over Hinata with his strong personality and it doesnt seem like he would even know how to get to know her because she doesnt really talk...not trying to bash her just saying i personally find Sakura a better character too overall. Not to mention...Hinata says she loves Naruto and i dont doubt that, but why hasnt she tried to talk to him more? or help him with the Sasuke thing or training or anything??

I agree with most of your post up until the last little part. Ever hear the term, opposites attract. Look at Kushina (female version of Naruto) and Minato (calm and serine). It was like fire and ice. Naruto's fire and Hinata's ice would make a lovely mix and their contrast would compliment each other.

Also, and don't take me for sexist when I say this but, females generally hold a calmer and gentler personality and mix in the relationship equation while the man is the macho and strong type who is very out going. I'm not calling Sakura a man though lol. I really liked this post, you showed an equality in your vision to each character and gave your own opinion that didn't insult either character.

Hinata is creepy in her stalking ways but she is the MUCH better choice of a spouse Naruto could choose and I honestly Kishimoto would have been smoking some bad Mojojojo if he thought otherwise.

Once again, I like this, no character is useless, some are just less important then others in the main scheme of things. That's alright, I'll even admit Hinata's not a primary character of importance to the main focus of the story while Sakura is. However, people can't deny that Sakura is, at this moment, irrelivent and not so much importnat at this point in time to the series. What I mean is, with the war heating up, focus is going to be on Naruto and Sasuke, The Akatsuki, and Kabuto. Though Sakura's ties with Naruto and Sasuke are strong she has proceeded to step back once again and let the two handle themselves for the time being so we are going to see less of the heroins playing rolls.

Hinata took several of Pain's attacks head on and Sakura was knocked unconcious from a single hit from Kabuto when he was blown at her by Kyuubi Naruto.

thanks lol i do treat all the characters fairly because its stupid to hate on a imaginary charater..i mean if i had to pick it would be Sasuke for being such a lil prick but he may come out and pull an Itachi...who knows lol. I like both Sakura and Hinata and neither are useless and honestly..i know ill get flamed for this but i think that either could easily beat the other. Sakura isn't stupid..she learned about the byakugan during the chunin exams from Lee so she wouldnt attack Hinata head on..but in regard Hinata has the byakugan so she could see Sakura's attack. If either Sakura or Hinata land a hit on the either..the fights over really but Hinata def has more advantages than Sakura. Thats what i like most about her really...shes not Ino or Hinata..she got strong on her own and it was a long and wet road (cuz she did cry alot at first lol) like Rock Lee and she is so much like Kushina it isnt funny and i mean overall...not just the hotheadedness. There is alot of similarities between how Kushina and Minato relationship was explained and what is happening between NaruSaku. That could be just a coincidence..but from what i have noticed...Kishi doesnt hint at things for no reason just like im sure he didnt throw in Hinata's love you during the Pein for no reason.

All in all though i agree...we have seen a glimpse of Sakura and Hinata but i doubt either will have manga time for a while now during the war arc...we might see Sakura at somepoint during the Sasuke Naruto fight but thats all to look forward too....or maybe Hinata during a Neji vs Dad fight...his dads been brought back and now i really hope it shows them get to talk or fight or something!

1. ill give you they both have powerful abilities.

2. technically yes they have both been around naruto since youth, BUT sakura was one of those people who put naruto down all the time, never bothered to ask why no one talks to naruto, just went along with it and what almost everyone else was doing which was insulting him, hating him, excluding him, and a LOT MORE, except for hinata(Sarutobi,sasuke, Jiraiya were the others off the top of my head atleast), she continually tried to talk to him(always stopped by a hyugga protector) she loved him since before they started chunin exams. WHILE sakura, quite awfully lied to him saying she loves him and he should stop chasing after sasuke, KNOWLING taking EXTREME advantage of how much he loved her, EVEN naruto was horrified at her doing this,

While on the flipside, hinata expressed her love (anime only i think) while she was trying to save him from pain, knowing that she would most likely die .

3. sakura can be brave(such as with sasori, against the sound ninjas in the forest of death, in the war ,However Hinata is much braver from what we've seen ,ATLEAST in my opinion.


(and to the comment way above, iruka was also looking at naruto with disgust, he even asked him about it in a filler episode showing how much he suffered, Iruka changed with the scroll stealing thing)

not brave? Hinata was brave for facing Pein, no denying it, but Sakura faced Sasori (with chiyos help i know, even chiyo admits Sakura didnt really need her read it yourself if your not to lazy) and she also went to face Sasuke alone...knowing good and damn well theres about a 5% chance of making it out alive and all for Naruto's sake. NO PART OF THAT CONFESSION WAS SELFISH OF HER. she only had naruto's interest at heart and she did it badly yes...but really alot more of that was truth than made up and Naruto only knew that she was hiding something thats it. Hinata hasnt had much manga time or screen time so the only thing we have even seen her do is stand up to Neji and Pein (Where she would have died if it werent for Sakura staying out of the way like a medic nin is supposed too)

i dont find anything USSJ is saying as rude. Its only rude to everyone because hes not agreeing automatically with the Hinata fans...ya know thats how the world works sadly. Everyone is going to look at the situations different and he is presenting a DIFFERENT viewpoint. Whats so offensive about that? why dont you actually attack the people being rude on this and not the people who are trying to debate this logically looking at both sides and ALL possibilities. No one is Kishi so no one knows what is true and what is false and who would win and who will get naruto and all that shit.
