I think that he will because Sasuke is really determined to kill him. Afterwords, Sakura might revive him using the same justu chiyo used for garra. Than Naruto will want to hunt Sasuke down :flaw: and avenge Sakura :T_T:

If Naruto dies im gonna be mad, he should just kill Sasuke. But in his dying moment Sasuke finally understands love and peace and then dies. Naruto enraged goes after Madara/tobi to avenge Sasuke's death.
