Narutobase Toads/Frogs?

Hey, ehm this might sound like a dumb question for older members, and I'm not really sure where to put this thread either.
I'm relatively new on the site and this is more or less my first real thread here, but I've already stumbled over something that I find a little interesting, and that I wanted to make a thread about.

So after searching the forum some, both before and after I created myself an account, I've come across some people mention "Narutobase toads/frogs this" and "Myo ( ? ) toads/frogs that".
What are they talking about ? Who are these "toad members" and what is their purpose ? Are they part of the staff - being moderators and such? They kind of sounded cool to me.

It's Myobokuzan, which is a village you're able to join. Basically they are for finding alts, and helping out in questions and suggestions.

As for Myo they're essentially a group of "good sumaritans" who try to help the mods maintain the forum, though they don't have any special priviledges or power.

They also are really really good at finding things you've done wrong, and beating you up via the internet for them. finding every little mistake and scrutinizing it. Do you watch OP? If you do, you will understand this, some members turn into Akainu once you've challenged them/made them mad/called them out on their shit. But some are awesome, and do legitimately help the site. Just a few...bad apples...taint the tree.

From the explanation above, it kind of seemed like it was a mix between Role Playing section and high ranking member section. Guess I don't qualify for neither U_U

He even uses the same name as one of the Myobokuzan toads in the series. Makes sense.
Though I'm not intending to start Role Playing just yet and I don't meet any of those requirements. Think I'll just stay "low" for awhile.

peaceful conversations with you guys ^^
If anything, I would call it learning more about how Myo works, like the RP section in general.

Yes I did, you think I'm blind? xd
But the answer is still the same, just didn't bother addressing the whole "I'm caught" concept, because there weren't really anything to be caught at it the first place. Is it wrong to ask about how the village system works?
If it is, please explain me why and how. It's not like I'm starting a war or anything here.
