I'm not really sure if we specifically were told what he died from... other then he was really sick... My guess would be some sort of heart problem as it was already stated...

AIDS effects the bodies ability to stop bleeding and he had a lot of blood. It could've been consumption too. And there isn't really a "back then" because Naruto doesn't really have a year...And they color TVs....I'm pretty sure AIDS was around when we got color TVS.

WoW really? AIDS? I think your IQ just dropped. Why would kishi introduce such a disease to an anime/manga? Makes no sense because people can tell he used a lot of bloodline limit + we all know the uchiha suffer from short life span. Also, you don't go for low things like heart failure, long cancer, or tumor. Nooooo, you go for the highest sh*t ever, it's like you suggesting he got it from someone because that's how is transmitted . Seriously -.-

It can be if you have internal bleeding. I'm saying an effect is an inability to create scabs and stuff..Not that you scab on the inside but you know what I'm getting at. I don't really believe it was AIDS per se it was just a funny thought I had when I saw it and I didn't know if the actual disease he had was ever revealed.
