Someone said something about a power to control the kyubi, well since he doesn't have the wood style like the first hokage and his seal is not a problem anylonger as naruto starts to create a powerful bond with Kurama. I greatly believe that Naruto surpassed his dad from the moment he decided to talk sense into everyone ( chosing the harder path ). No it's Sage Mode Minato vs Kyuubi Mode Naruto.

Dude, Minato does NOT have sage mode. Yes he mastered the toad summons but nothing says that he learned sage mode. The only two stated to have it are Jiraiya and Naruto.

I would have to say Naruto. Kage buunshin matches FTG (put a clone at every kunai). Plus, all he has to do is hide, create clones to fight, go into sage mode, create sage clones, and repeat. If that doesn't work, kyuubi mode, create kyuubi clones, and hide.

Basically Naruto is too gutsy to give up. He will find a way.

ill tell you guys how it will really go. Naruto vs minto. Naruto goes into sage mode, as strong and fast as he may be, he will still not be able to beat his father because of ftg alone. he will go into km and even in km, he may still lose. Minato is the one who put the seal on naruto keeping the kyuubi in to begin with. He is the only one that can remove the seal as well leaving naruto hurt. all he needs to do after that is ftg to him and kill him real fast before the kyuubi either A. starts a rampage or B. Runs away into the wild.. thast the only possible way i see this going. actually in reality, all minato needs to do is remove naruto's seal in the very beginning and BAM b!tches its game over for for your precious naruto lol

in SOME aspects. Naruto definitely has more firepower, much like Sasuke is more powerful than Itachi now. 10 KM clones can take on a small army. but i wouldn't bet on either in a fight still, power is not the only factor in a fight. the fact is, Naruto isn't handling the jinchuuriki fight that well. once he starts to show reaction feats worthy of his speed against those level of opponents, he can beat minato imo.

thats nice. Naruto was gifted with learning minato tech and having it passed fown by jariya. im a naruto fan, then nagato then minato then jariya and neji o and then kakashi. those are my tops. and im telling you thats nice for naruto to learn that but he isnt out smarting minato. actually naruto is dumb, he seems to be getting smarter but he is still dumb. if naruto was as smart as kakashi or shikamuru i would give it to him w/o a doubt

Just because we have a different opinion to yours does not mean that we are "on minato's ass"
So naruto has rasengan variations and a lot of chakra, that's nothing if he can't hit his target, and Minato knows a lot of seals, he could place a FTG seal on Naruto without him knowing, and return again and seal the Ninetails chakra like Orochimaru did, and that also ****s up his chakra so i doubt he could enter sage mode so Minato dominates this nuff said
