Not necessarily. The Shinobi Nations were at war during Kakashi's childhood so he like many others, maybe, was given a Sensei who could speed up his learning.

Just quicker learning due to short time.

It's debatable. Kakashi isn't as naturally gifted as Itachi so by someones definition he may be more genius, but that term is impossible to measure. If Kakashi had the same physical attributes as Itachi...ie being an Uchiha and having the mangekyou sharingan then it's possible that Kakashi could be more "genius" than Itachi.

I would say in They are Almost on a Equal Level in that sense, Itachi is the stronger of the Two but that doesn't make him more of a genius.
