The Sage Of The Six Paths' Tablet.

The sage of six path was influenced to write the tablet by the ten tails he sealed in himself. So any1 with eyes related to the tentails can read the tablet. This means tobi with rinnengan and sharingan. I am not sure if tenten can do so in his current form.
I will however assume byakugan cant read the scroll untill further notice

Ah, You're Right, There is no mention of the Byakugan - So, until the manga states otherwise, I can't disagree. My theory was that since the Rinnegan is the greatest of the 3 Dojutsu, the Sharingan and Byakugan were simply offshots of that technique, and while I was correct in terms of the Sharingan being an offshot/devolution (as seen through Madara's possession of the Rinnegan after obtaining the EMS), there's no solid evidence that the Byakugan is, it's only an assumption. And since no one with the Byakugan has attempted to read the tablet, there's no proof that it can decipher even a bit of the tablet in the first place.

I think only the Rinnegan will truly be able to read it.. The others maybe blury

The Rinnegan can read ALL of the Tablet, only the Doujutsu of legend can do so since it's the one The Sage Of Six Paths owned.

Nope ... it can read the most not all.
On the tablet theres even stuff about MS and how to evolve EMS into Rinnegan, so unless Sage had Sharingan as well I dont see how he could know all that.

Maybe being the Jinchuuriki for the Juubi mutated his Rinnegan into a stage that let him be able to create the Tablet.

Idk what could be so important on the tablet but when Sasuke looked at it he seemed kind of overwhelmed.. shocked if you will..and at the time he only had regular sharingan..I imagine it has something to do with the ten tails..like "Sharingan came from Juubi, it is a cursed power" being some of the first lines able to be deciphered by Sharingan..with MS and EMS revealing more about 10 tails and rinnegan aswell as some of So6P history, but Rinnegan would reveal most of the secrets, the sage wanted only someone with his eyes to know such information as how to combine and disassemble the tailed beast or something, I believe So6P disassembled the 10 tails originally because no one but someone with his level of power could control it, so he disassembled it into 9 pieces so that until another sage appeared less powerful ninja would have a chance, and when the new sage appeared he could recombine them in hopes of bringing peace to the world

I'm only guessing at this point but I'm sure the Sage himself made the Tablet.

maybe the rinnegan doesnt reveal all of it, but once you gain control of the juubi and get the rinnegan with 10 tomoe (or 3 rings of 3 tomoe, and ur pupil) the tablet will read something like

"Whatever you do, don't try any of this, if you do, you will be evil and i will condemn you for eternity"
