Is shadow possession a KG?

As far as i can remember the nara clan is the only ones that have use this jutsu but does that make it a KG or could lets say kakashi copy it or some one that is not in the nara clan learn it?

It's a secret jutsu passed down through the family.
Same thing for the Ino's clans mind control, and Akimichi clans weight manipulation.

What the Hyuga are doing is emitting chakra from all of their chakra points and spinning to reflect attacks. That is the Heavenly spin.

Neji was also shown spinning around and hitting kunai with his hands (against that spider guy Kidoumaru), which is not technically the Heavenly spin, it is just him blocking kunai with greater precision. Any ninja can block kunai, the Hyuga just have an advantage of 360 degree vision.
