Compare Sasuke's powers vs Naruto? pretty sure Sasuke has more jutsu/eye powers then all of Narutos altered Rasengans..if Sasuke gets Rinnegan then Narutos going to need another boost because Rinnegan has a whole arsenal with it

Naruto is related to Nagato yes, they are of the same bloodline.

Naruto will not unlock the rinnegan as Nagato didnt unlock his, he was given it by either Madara/Tobi. Read my post in the "who is tobi" thread if you want a good theory on this.
