No he's barely as strong as tsunade with those abilities because she can heal her self easily and even oro said in battle she's nearly invulnerable (hard to kill)
danzo is a jonin because he has wind element and shunshin no jutsu (which could be shisui's jutsu?idk) he's pretty strong
taijutsu-tsunade wins genjutsu-tsunade's chakra control to release it ninjutsu they are about equal especially with her summoning jutsu, body disturbance jutsu, chakra hands
