Because an unhealthy itachi still died undefeated. So imagine a healthy itachi, not to forget if edo ninja's have unlimited chakra, then he can spam ms techs with ease, but also stay in susano for the whole duration of the fight. Although this isnt itachi's fighting style.

Also itachi has wiped the floor with oro twice. The idea of him losing to a wannabe oro is laughable

No. There's a reason why Itachi was kept alive. He will most likely stop Edo Tensei, which would be the end of his era, but he won't stop Kabuto, I'm pretty sure about that.

He inflicted that illness upon himself by over using that damn eye (lord knows needed to lol). The only thing I would take into account is him coughing up blood, which seemed to have slowed him dwn at points (stamina, etc being effected is assumption)

Only thing Kabuto needs to do is be aware of itachi's genjutsu, let's be real if you get past that the fight can be an easy toss up. Oro getting his ass wiped by itachi depends of the persons on point o view, I didn't see those as fights since Oro had no intent to kill and itachi kept pulling out his bitch moves (lol). If Kish gave his another trick that's an ultimate fail on his part just to plz fans.
