It doesn't matter how many times Danzo is killed, if it is within the time limit of Izanagi.

Danzo essentially has around ten one minute uses of Izanagi. Sasuke survived Danzo's usage if Izanagi, and Minato has far more ways of evading attacks then Sasuke does.

Minato also is a sensor, so he can tell that something is up, and obviously would have figured something is going on after the first Izanagi runs out.

Danzo only wins if he has KA available.
