Why when ever anyone makes a someone vs akatsuki they alway say sasori can be beat?

Sarori was a really strong ninja, he himself was a complete puppet and if you don't know where to strike to kill him he won't die. He has strong puppets which all have poison, i know there was an antidote made for the poison but not everyone could make it or have it handy for that matter. He is a long range fighter so any close combat person would have a difficult time fighting him. Now everyone is going to say yea but sakura beat him, not trying to discredit sakura or anything but if the old lady wasn't with her she would have died, the only reason she lived was because that old lady( sorry forgot her name) was such a great puppet user herself and was able to read the puppets movements and still had a hard time fighting him. We have only seen him fight other puppet users that are able to read his movements and counter them. At the end of it all the only reason he lost was because he stop himself from attacking to be killed because he wanted to.

Some please explain to me why so many people think that he could be beat so easily?

During the fight with sakura and chiyo he was playing around alot, he could have won if it wasnt for his arrogance
