If Hinata can close the distance she would wreck Temari, but I'm not entirely sure she can. The field is flat wit no real cover, and Hinata really hasn't shown much besides taijutsu. (gentle fist or whatever) In her brief exchange with Pain she just kept running straight at him with no real skill on how to close the distance properly. In the Anime Konohamaru actually had things that helped him get close to Temari like the clones, Shadow Shuriken, Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning, and his surroundings. I know it was the anime but still.. I think Temari would win, I could be wrong though.

If Naruto is on the scene Hinata will win. But ONLY if Naruto is there lol. Idk how she'd do it.

Other then that, Temari easy, especially in that terrain with all those trees she can keep her distance no problem and cut Hinata up with her wind. And if I'm correct Hinata won't be able to dodge all of it because Temari uses chakra to wave the fan but it's actual wind that comes out right?
