Tobi DOES NOT have Mangekyo Sharingan

In non of the episodes have we seen Tobi with MS eyes and from the looks of it, we can be sure that he does not have Mangekyo Sharingan.

Any contradiction to dis theory?

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. He may have a MS but we have not seen him use it.

hashirama senju cells has nothing to do with MS

Going on topic, I sure hell do believe he has a MS. he put out the Amaterasu and you can't do that with a normal sharingan.

U dont need to have MS for izanagi as danzo used it with 3 tomoed sharingans. For Izanagi u need Sharingan + Senju DNA

Yet to see proof of if TOBI does that by ability of MS

Going on topic, I sure hell do believe he has a MS. he put out the Amaterasu and you can't do that with a normal sharingan.

Well till now putting out Amaterasu is shown as ability of Sasuke MS alone
besides there are numerous way of putting out Amaterasu.
tobi could cut his hand and regrow just like he did in case of Danzo's henchmen

Thats no reason even Sasuke was able to enter and meet 9TAILS in the first few chapters of shippuden that too without MS. its not necessary to control bijuu with MS. It requires feats to do that with Sharingan
