Who can beat all 5 kages ?

Who can beat all five kages(raikage,mei,gaara,onoki and mei). No edo's. The person can have the location to their advantage.Raikage has 2 arms and all kages have jutsu's shown in anime and manga.No sosp.

i think only tobi(rinnegan) with all 6 paths can.Post your opininons on who you think can defeat the kages.
