Now look first off kabuto has not used any chakra and itachi's is limitless, right? Also, when he releases any edo creations all of them follow suit, right? Itachi knows what he up against, but how? Cmon folks be real about the situation. Were talkin ITACHI UCHIHA, not some jerkoff(ms sasuke).

With raw power I don't think so. Kabuto may be powerful but all he can pull out of his sleeves right now is edo (useless), manda 2(some threat but itachi is a edo), "that jutsu" (who knows...) and if he can make one seal to get rid of edo. But who knows if the last option works since itachi isn't under his control anymore, so right now I don't think kabuto could beat itachi.

i think releasing edo would work, edo is the only thing keeping his soul bound to this world

With Edo Tensei you have both the power to summon and the power to control. Those powers aren't completely intertwined so he can still unsummon Itachi.
