Get this in: Sasuke is in cahoots with Naruto

Right after Sasuke defeated Danzo, Naruto came to the rescue of Sakura just before Sasuke can finished Sakura.

Then, both Naruto and Sasuke charged at each other with their Rasengan and Chidori.

From this point onward, you can already sensed Sasuke is regreting his actions but at the same time, he knew Zetsu or Madara was watching him. So, Sasuke has to act evil by pretending to charge at Naruto with his Chidori.

Just about the contact point with the Rasengan, Naruto looked into Sasuke eyes and Sasuke cast a Genjutsu on Naruto and bring him into another dimension to have a heart to heart talk.

We all know in a Genjutsu, a few seconds in reality is forever in a Genjutsu. After they are done talking, they continue by pretending to clashed with their Rasengan and Chidori.

Probably Sasuke knew at that time, he needed to help Naruto defeat Tobi so he also pretended to side with Tobi and left the scene. All for the purpose of getting his EMS from Tobi.

no i believe sasuke act like he is on tobi side to get the ems and to know where all other sharigan because he knew tobi had them

Refering to my 1st post, after the heart to heart talk. They returned to Konoha where Naruto requested to meet all his friends.

During that meeting, Naruto told all his friends not to get involved with killing Sasuke and they should just leave everything to him.

Many of them started to wonder what is Naruto hiding, not even Sakura knows...

Thats why, the Sasuke Naruto cahoots is very possible.

Back at Tobi's hideout, Sasuke surely can see many Sharingan eyes being kept in liquid containers. This must have surely triggered Sasuke's anger and suspicion about how the hell Tobi get those sharingans.
