ive been thinking about it and it seems there can never be a part 3 to naruto

what would be the plot? i mean it cant get bigger than war, the only thing that can make up a part 3 is aliens, or people from another dimension and knowing naruto, that cant happen.

and how can there be a more powerful ninja that madara, or tobi?
