I think Deidera is weaker but still a better fighter than Hidan. Konan is probaly the weakest overall.

When I say weakest, I mean that: physical strength. Hence, I asked a clarifying quesiton to the OP beacuse I believe his intent was find the least effective fighter....but, that is not what he asked.

In my opnion it would be hidan cuz hes only special jutsu is suide in the circle , and it take time to make 1 (it like 30 mins isnt it?) before it finish the opponent can chop (him to pieces(like shikamaru did), and make it fertilezer in the plant LOL xD.
y no kisame? he can suck the chakra , and his awesome jutsu (like he use in maito gai) and samehada
y no nagato? he have a god like power and his six path.
y no itachi ? he have MS and susano, amaterasu, tsukoyomi (powerful).
y no no konan ? she have a billion explosive tags jutsu no one can escapes on it (exept TOBI), a million would be enough.
y no deidara? he have ver powerful bomb like c3 c2 c4 he can entirely explode a country.
y no sasori? he have 100 pupets , 3rd kazekage pupet , hiroku , and himelf.
y no kakuzu? he have 5 heart needs to kill 5 heart to kill him and he can also summon monster ( like he summon in his fight w kakashi).
y no zetsu? 100k of him , he can teleport (like tobi) , has a senju DNA can 1 sinobi beat it? hell no.
y no orochimaru? he can revive the dead sinobi (like the 2 kages) and he have powerful summon manda , powerful sword (but dont match w/ uchiha bro).
y no tobi? izanagi no need to explain hes the most powerful in the akatsuki member.

zetzu is not a fighter type ... all of the akatsuki member are all type of fighter class except tobi ,else he's madara's prime and has no physical body so .. if he has , he can. I thought . :shrug: that's why he is not more than abnormal creature and shouldn't be akatsuki member. Zetzu is weakest .!. :no_ignore:
