Everyone with Rinnegan = Sage of the six Paths. Power of the six paths = Uchiha power + Senjuu power, Rinnegan. Thats the reason why Tobi called Nagato "Third Sage of the Six Paths", and also why Nagatos alias was Pain Rikodou, in translation "Six paths of Pain".

having rinnegan and body and also mastering the 6 paths makes you a sage of 6 paths imo.

Its not like Rinnegan is only power of eyes, its something more, combination of eye power (Uchiha) and body (body power), power of god. Look how Rinnegan users have massive chakra. Nagato, even though he was wreck of a human had a shitload od chakra.

Thats true, Rinnegan isn't just eye power I mean I highly doubt Uchiha could use rinne tensei (that jutsu that revived the whole village) because they don't have the body (life force).

Also, look at older son of Rikudou. It was said that he inherited his father "eyes", yet he didnt have Rinnegan - his eyes had spiral-like pattern instead of simple circles, like in Rinnegan case. Why is that? There is only one possible answer - he just lacked body power, which was inherited by his younger bro.

Thats a iffy subject, some believe (I used to that he inherited the rinnegan) but now am starting to think otherwise because it's like you said, rinnegan uses a lot of life force (body) techs.

I finished the anime than read like 10 chapters from the fishman island arc, than skipped to the latest manga chapter

I will watch the rest of the fishman island arc on anime.
