He isn't sealed within Naruto's body. That part when he shown himself to Naruto was just a little portion of Minato. Rest of him is sealed with that Shinigami dude's pits/stomach along with half of Kyubi.. That is what I think happened..

From what we know so far.... NO.
However, if you take into account that he is Sealed and not actually dead, there might be a way for him to be unsealed, who knows maybe there is maybe there isn't...
For now he's gone for good.
