You need 1500 posts for an Uchiha biography which is ahrder now due to forum games restrictions

Only the best Rpers best Ms and have to go through numerous tests, look up Rules at Naruto base Roleplaying section im sure somebody will post a link but their all stickied so it should be no worries

To get jutsu you need to train with a sensei

No, rank limits what you can learn (1 element up to D rank) you have to post more to get higher ranks and train and you have to awaken sharingan and train it several different timea from 1-3 tomoe (each need their own awaking and training) and to get ms you need to be a sensei ( which has 2 tests) and if you pass the sensei test you can take a test to get ms

Depends, if theirs a Sensei or Senpai that has a biography related to that clan then you have to be taught those techniques

E.G

You make a Inuzuka bio, No sensei or Senpai has one so you get the techniques 'Auto'

If you make a Nara biography, a Senpai has one so you would have to learn the techniques

For the Sharingan you must have it first Awakened, and then training sessions to get a 2nd or 3rd Tomeo
