Personality
Chopper is naïve and incredibly timid, often acting like a child because he doesn't know any better. Like Luffy, he is easily impressed at things like beams, cannons, and hidden abilities. He is a coward at times like Usopp and Nami, although his cowardice can be attributed to his childishness and overall lack of trust in his own fighting skills (a contrast to Nami's self-survival based cowardice and Usopp's fear based cowardice). Chopper is more or less on a journey to define himself, seeing almost anyone on his team as a role model and in some cases, imitate their behavior, especially Usopp.
He is an upright friend and companion who will try anything to overcome a task given by his team. He still has a feeling of distrust for humans from his youth and will often outright insult and claim that compliments don't make him happy to a human who compliments him while obviously being happy about it (he starts to smile and also dances a little which has become a running gag).

Background Info
History
Much is unknown about what Chopper is. He seems to be a humanoid, and is able to do anything that regular humans do, having a very similar anatomical structure (ex. Hands, legs, face, etc). Although it is uncertain, we know that every living thing has chakra, and chopper being a humanoid makes him eligible to manipulate chakra throughout a level that normal shinobis in the world can.
Chopper was always a lonesome wanderer. He travelled throughout the world being alone, because people were scared of him being different. When they attacked and wounded him, he was saved by Dr. Hiluluk. He took on Dr. Hiluluk’s philosophy of life, seeing in him a role model he wanted to have before. After a while though, Dr. Hiluluk got sick and Chopper tried to find a cure, so he stole a book of Dr. Hiluluk to cure him. Little did chopper know that it was actually a poisoned mushroom. Dr Hiluluk ate it nonetheless, thanking Chopper deeply despite knowing it would kill him. In the end, Dr. Kureha took over Chopper’s medical education. He also learned how to wield the five elements from her, despite his unusual form. He then went out with Luffy and his gang, to explore the world…

Survival of the Fittest: Having lived in the wilderness, Chopper has heightened senses and has learned to notice the smallest changes in his surroundings.
Arrrrr!: After having travelled with Luffy and the gang for a long while, and travelling over water a lot, Chopper felt good when being near water and so figured out he had an affinity for water. He can do handseals faster, and do moves with less hand seals. Sometimes with only even one hand seal.
Berserk!: His bestial nature gives him a much higher strength than regular ninjas.

Dropping Ryo Yuki bio for this one and the Han bio Test due to the frozen status of the jinchuurikis atm.
I'm motivating that animals can be ninjas linking them to the filler episode with the Four Ninja Animal Warriors. If this isn't enough, I can change it to him being in Human Point permanently, so he is a humanoid (meaning he is actually quite human), considering vampires and stuff get approved as well.
Nexus would have to approve this because I'm a med student (how fitting, lol)
