1] fight is between only kakashi and kakuzu, that means he does not need to watch anybody's back or protect someone
the last fight, he had to protect chouji and ino while fighting, and also fight hidan altogether, u've got to admmit, that put a lot of weight on his chakra
2] he can use kamui and raikiri 5 times
3]we'll assume that his sharingan doesn't put weight on his chakra

no that never hapened ,his body was always near his masks,if he kamui the whole body that's finish for kakuzu.

I can't remember but if his main body isn't there, kakuzu cannot replace a his heart.

Kakashi firstly is at a disadvantage due to kakuzu having the numerical advantage. Secondly kakuzu is more experienced but also the stronger of the two
