Jiraiya said rasengan is better but i like chidori more because it penetrates the opponent while rasengan only sends someone flying but i think when they clash they are equal

Chidori couldnt break 2nd hokages sword upon sasuke was vexing nd used sharingan but rasengan did wif jus motivation. So i go wie rasengan
