Does anyone know how you can change the shape of avatars (rounded corners ect..)

I believe that you can use photoshop to achieve this .....well I know I can bc im profficient in photoshop. As long as its within the correct size guidelines you can do it.:flaw:

ino I can use photoshop to do it (look at the title) but i dont actually know how to change the shape of the avatars ive made =/
