[Discussion] Naruto MMO necessities

Hello guys,

I was having a discussion with myself about a possible Naruto MMO and I came upon several questions that I hope you can help me answer.

1. How important would Medical Nin be in an MMO environment?
2. What villages would be logical to start off with?
3. How do you incorporate the Naruto elemental system into an mmo?
4. How would a party of 3-6 people work effectively?

1.Yes it would be like a healer class
2.The 5 great nations and any village in the Narutoverse
3.I would do you can pick one element to start and you can learn up to 3 or you can master 2 really well
4.I think it would it would be a squad

not so important like in most mmos but still usefull
the one you choose otherwise there would be to much people whine around
that would be difficult but proably random
by combinig jutsus but i still think the aming thing and doing some mission would be very very hard to assemble

No I am not making a game just a part of a community that is developing it. I wanted to know more about the medical nin's role since some argue that if they want to heal the team they can't they can use pills or something but there role is useless, or so they say.

I have played MMOs all my life as the healer class. I would be disappointed if there role was less than that of the healer that heals and provides buffs. I mean would buffs even work in a Narutoverse?

Oh yea dude if you make a Naruto game (which I doubt no offence)... Id rather have it small but real like that you can jump in trees or fight decent people instead of a massive world IMO

Well there are only like 10 active people. And two of them seem to dislike new members. The forums are a mess. So there is no need to join yet. The game has been in development since 2008. They have finished the world editing. They just need to add 3d models of buildings and NPCS and a little on the characters. It MAY be ready in 6 months but that in itself is unsure. If you would REALLY like to know then you can PM me for the details.

Importance
1- Tank (to take the damage)/Healer (Medical nin, To heal)
2- Surport (To give Buffs To players Or to Give Debuffs to enemys)
3- at Dps

2) You get to Pick Out of the 5 Nations in the Naruto Manga/Anime, And You can visit/Do missions for villages that are in that nation


3) Well if you Play Wow, Maybe Give them a Talent Tree type of thing.

Say you Give them Four Talent Trees Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Medical ninjutsu

Say you Pick Ninjutsu You get Five Sub talent Trees with the Five Basic elements

Pick One, when you Master/Complete that Tree you can pick another.
Say you can have up to Two or Three elements at once time, And allow them to respec to other elements if they want to.

Also You Can Learn Ninjutsu Spells for a specific element at a Trainer that Trains thet Type of element when You Level Up

E-Rank for level 1-10
D Rank level 10-20
C rank level 20-30
A rank level 30-40
S Rank you have to Be Max level and do Special Types of Missions that require's Groups.

4) well a 6 player party would be nice.

So Say you have a 6Man Team

One Tank, One Healer, Three DPS, One Buff/Debuffer

Lets say you Have Taijutsu Be a Tank/DPs class (player gets to pick what Type of Tai they want to Be)

Ninjutsu be a Mid/Long range DPS with a few close range Jutsu's/Skills With Some Buffs

Genjutsu be a Surport/Dps Class with Good Buff/Debuffs (player gets to pick what Type of Gen they want to Be)

Just tell the community that Medical Ninjas can:
-Heal
-Revive
-Power-Up (Buff)
-Have better chakra control than average ninjas
-Sealing Jutsus
-Antidotes (poison, stuns and such)
-Example: Let's say they have less strength than the X class as base, but with chakra enhancement they can increase it. Like they buff themselves.

Plus they can learn taijutsu, genjutsu and learn other jutsus as well, above is what will differentiate them from the others, what they will have better in stats.

I will let ALL of NarutoBase know if the game does come out but that probably wont be for another 6 months if that or maybe until 2013. The developer keeps alot to himself so what we know is what he decides to show us. I mean he has a real life job aside form this project. He has some people helping him but they are not as active as one would hope for.

Yes, that was sky. I was the one that told him that he needed proof. Then everyone saw his scheme and the thread was closed thankfully.

I yes you will but I do not know the specifics. But one thing I do know is when you use your ocular powers...

Hyuugas will have a greyish-white screen look and Uchihas will have a red/black/white screen.
