Dude Naruto entered the war right after training, he was at half strength at best then split his strenght with multi-shadow clone. Bee only let Naruto into the war for some hands on training (Bee stated this to the 8 tails). Naruto is exhausted so we won't be seeing any speed from naruto until he fully rest of if the fox gives him more chakra.
