can killer b go RM just like naruto?

if am right you get RM when you take a portion of the tailed beast's chakra and make your own like naruto did, bee also maneged to do this,so he must be able to use it.

read around the area where naruto and bee are training so naruto can get TBB, youll see naruto says something like "i look like this for some reason when taking control" and youll see bee is surprised by it
