and if u really think that minato can teleport ppl without touching them, then why he don't just teleport tobi right away when he appear ?

Its so simple why he needed Gamabunta...He wanted to make sure that the Nine-tails is stationary i.e. not Moving...he doesn't need to touch the Ninetails in order to teleport it.

and also that's mean if nagato use his summon to fly then minato can't reach him right ? not to mention nagato can freely move with his bird summon and if minato try to summon toads animal path can handle it :izuna:
