no one can say for sure but with two slashes of his sword sasuke broke through from the cave to above ground i dunno how thick the ground inbetween was but eitther was that is raw power so i dunno bout beating tobi but he id clearly stronger then hes been given credit for on the naruto base

not a chance, what's he going to do to tobi? to beat tobi you need to either

a. attack him as he is becoming tangible to warp, or have a defence on your body which harms others when they touch you like torune. sasuke's chances of doing this are very small, it took minato a few tries to do so in the battle of speed and he had the option of teleporting away. and in any case, tobi tanked an a-rank tech with a mere wound.

b. continuously barrage him for 5 minutes so that he can't become tangible to warp away. and even then, he has the option of using izanagi for a further 5m.


now, tobi has the means to subdue amaterasu, so even if sasuke uses and enton defence, it's meaningless. he can just either subdue it or rip off the offfending body part.
susanoo arrows take up a near complete susanoo and a ton of chakra, and sasuke's tsukuyomi is weak, unless he has gotten itachi's along with his eyes (which would blow). and even then an uchiha with a good sharingan can break out of it.

and this is tobi without the rinnegan, without gedo mazo, and without the jinchuuriki.

Yes he is.

Tobi can beat almost Anyone in a 1v1 thanks to his S/T Jutsu.

So Far FTG is the only counter to it.
