Rin alway's has a tired look in his eye's. You can see that he has allot of battle experience due to his facial expression. He has spiky, light grey hair that comes down over the side's of his face. His apparel consist's of a long, red and maroon jacket. He wear's nothing under the opened robe/jacket. Black pant's, the normal open toed ninja boot's. He also wear's his village forehead protector as a belt. Probably Rin's most recognizable feature is his eye-patch on his left eye, which cover's his Sharingan.
Personality :
Rin has a very calm personality. He rarely pick's the fight, unless it's for training purposes. Though Rin does have a good sense of humor. If Rin does not know you, don't play around with him, it's easy for him to take offense to something if you are not well known.

History :
Rin was born into the Uchiha clan in Konohagakure, three years before the massacre. There were some awkward features to him, such as grey hair, and his left eye was shut after the first three day's of birth. His parent's, unfortunately, never had the time for him. They were shinobi, and both went out on frequent mission's. That day, the fourth day of Rin's life his eye opened, and his parent's decided to give him to an orphanage, and put him up for adoption. This decision made by his parent's made a U turn in Rin's course of life.
At age three of Rin's life the Uchiha massacre happened, unknown that he was an Uchiha, he was left out. Rin grew up in the Orphanage, and made a few friend's along the way. Though he wasn't very good with people, the one's who got to know him favored him. Rin always wanted to be a Shinobi growing up, so he practiced in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu with a Bokutou, since he had now real element training at the time. He was miraculously good at Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, nobody in the town of Konoha his age was even considered a match for him. Rin would never be found by a parent, he watched as most of the kid's got adopted, until only he was left.
Shiro, the orphanage owner, decided to close down, and take Rin in as his own. This was at age eight of Rin's life. They had good time's, shiro was also a considerable shinobi, he taught Rin the basic's of the five element's. Shiro was like a father to Rin. They had good time's, and good lives, until that one night... Two rogue shinobi broke into Shiro's home, looking for some, item.
They were not convinced that Shiro did not have this item, so they struck him down defenseless right in front of Rin's eye's. Seeing this caused Rin's one Tomoe Sharingan to emerge. But something funny happened, it was only in his left eye. This was at age eleven of Rin's life. Rin swiftly killed both of the Rogue shinbi, in almost and instant. He ran to Shiro's body laying on the ground, barely moving.
Shiro's Last Goodbye.
Rin: "Shiro! are you alright!?" Rin said wich a stumble in his voice.
Shiro: "No... Son, unfortunately i'm dyi-"
Rin: "Shut up you old fool! Don't say that!"
Shiro: "Don't inturrupt me child, to think I would have taught you some manner's eh? ah ha ha h- *cough, cough*"
Rin: "This, is no laughing matter father..." *tear fall's from right eye*
Shiro: "I know, i know, forgive me.. The Sharingan eh..? heh. There is something downstairs in the forbidden room, sealed off in the chest. It is set to open for me and you only, blood seal's. You need to release it, and take my Katana."
Rin: "Father..."
Shiro: "I'm going to die here shortly, there's no doubt about it. It's too late for help... I will live on with you, in the Katana Son. You have allot in you, and i'm not surprised on how quickly you took out those bastard's. Go Son, no more word's, let your old man die in peace, goodbye." *eye's close*

Rin did as he was told, and he found Shiro's Katana, right where he said it would be. Rin already had experience in Kenjutsu, almost already a Kenjutsu master at such a young age. The Sharingan in Rin's eye wasn't going down. Due to this Rin found an eye-patch he had to use earlier on due to his eye hurting in the past. And he covered his left eye with the patch. Shiro's funeral was held on the next day.
The house was put in Rin's name. Rin decided to go through School in Konoha. He and his team passed with flying color's. Voted most elite new team of the year. The Chuunin exam's were a piece of cake to Rin, not so much of his team, who were amazed to finally see an ounce of Rin's skill. In the forest is where he obtained his second tomoe after using it on an enemy to obtain the scroll of Heaven.
Soon after the Chuunin exam's, Rin was announced a young contestant in the running of the place for the future Hokage. At the young age of nineteen...

Shiro's Katana:
Fire Release
: Rin has a fire affinity. But this is no ordinary affinity, it's also a passion for Rin. His fire techniques are off the chart with intensity and power. He has great understanding and perception over fire jutsu. It was also his first element, and his first mastered.
Taijutsu & Kenjutsu specialist : Rin has become highly proficient in the practices of both taijutsu and kenjutsu, aptly demonstrated when he effortlessly disarmed a shinobi of his sword and grabbing it, cut a swath through a considerable portion of a large group of ninja by just using his mastery in this area alone. His sword style is reminiscent of a graceful dance, displaying both elegance and dexterity even while holding the blade with a reverse grip, and when combined with the prediction abilities of his Sharingan, it is almost impossible to hit him through normal means. With just a single roundhouse kick, he was able to repel several shinobi, further attesting to his strength.
Sharingan 3 Tomoe : Rin managed to master his Sharingan by a young age, a feat that he received significant praise for. Using it, he could instantly place a victim under a paralysing genjutsu with just a single glance, leading those who had faced him to advise others to not look directly at his eyes, whilst confronting him. Like Itachi Uchiha, he seems to have reached a stage where he could have his Sharingan activated for extended periods of time, with minimal drain on his chakra levels.
Rin wears a Katana strapped on to his back. He uses this in Kenjutsu battles.[/LIST]
