Filler = info for chars?

so i was wondering, do you guys think that filler episodes should count for and against naruto charactors? i personally think it shouldn't cause it's not what kishi wrote.

No because they tend to overpower various things and just add random things into the anime that means nothing. Like for example knohamaru's rasengan, it created a huge crater which would be pretty much impossible in my books.

i see fillers as failurs to turn an 15 side manga in 17min anime and to make sure that anime still wont catch up the use fillers
