lets say orochimaru was good and became hokage *he was a prime candidate*and was never in akatsuki. This means Jiraiya still trained Naruto and Oro trained Sasuke . When the paths of Pain turns up to attack Konoha they end up facing Orochimaru ,Sasuke and Naruto . Post what you think will happen and give reasons.
