Itachi & Sasuke's eyes

I just remembered something.

Itachi has his Sharingan/eyes.
Sasuke has Itachi's eyes,hence EMS.

I'm confused people. I'm sure this has been brought up before but can someone shed some light here? How do they both have the same eyes at once?

I know that buddy. But bare with me. An Edo-Tensei is the manipulation of the body/dead body whatever. If Tobi had extracted Itachi's eyes, his corpse would be eyeless. So his Edo-body would also be eyeless. Am I missing something?
The same thing should surely be true of Nagato. I just don't get how they can make eyes out of nothing?

yes, but itachi had his eyes just before he died, tobi took them about after he died

I know, but the tech uses the actual body. Not a fake, it needs the real thing. The real this has no eyes.

But it still uses the actual body though. Which does not have eyes as Sasuke/Tobi removed them.

Maybe who ever body was use as a Sacrifice had there eyes which gave itachi back his eyes

thats the jutsu... your dna has the information of your whole body... even about your hairs and all..... so... the jutsu deals with the dna in your blood and put your spirit in the body ,ade up of sand and dust ...and boom edo u created... (only condition is u should be dead to create ur edo)

As long as some of the persons DNA is retreived, Edo Tensei can bring them back to life with every detail of their body in their prime.

You just need a body as a sacrifice and then you can revive anybody with all his abillaties that he had before his death and yes ypu can have only a small part of the body and revive the whole thing

Dude re -read how edo tensei works. The only inconsistency with kishi's work is that itachi seems healthy. Nagato on the other hand was the way he was until he absorbed the 8 tails chakra

yes that's true, itachi should have technically been blind since he was like that just before he died

Who are you referring to when you say dude? Is it me? Cause the question has been answered already. Thanks though. Also, Itachi can't really be brought back in bad health...I mean come on....he's dead. how much worse can you get? xd
