Whoever Escapes Loses right?...the main criteria about Minato is that he can escape whenever he is in deep shit...and that's why he is ranked so high even though Hashi or Madara are more powerful than him...his FTG is the only advantage he has over everyone else.

But the Restictions are bullcarp...Minato will have a better chance with Madara + 9t than 20 Kunai and 20m no-escaping shit.

Any-ways Madara is better than almost everyone...only Hashi and nowadays KM Naruto are his equals.

Dude are you kidding me or what Madara can cause Meteors to Fall down...and its pretty clear that a Meteor's radius let alone diameter if far far greater than 20m it varies between 1KM to 10 KM

Breakdown time:The fight starts at 20 meters with both characters facing each other,then while the battle pans out the character are obviously free to move around the battlefield(Grass field in wich Gaara+Rock Lee vs Kimimaro fought)
