Sry i not that good with english i can understand and speak correctly but when it come to paragraphs, and period i suck but ill try to fix it

Tobi has Hashirama cells, so I'm sure that enabled him to use the chakra chains, I highly doubt he is a Uzumaki. After all, the Uzumaki clan is a descendant of the Senju, with Senju cells he could probably do most of the Uzumaki techs with little difficulty.
Also, Tobi has his Sharigan always activated, leading me to assume he can't deactivate it. This would imply he isn't a Uchiha.
The fact that he had to steal Nagato's rinnegan also would imply he isn't Madara's younger brother, Izuna. Izuna and Madara had almost the same level of skill with eye techs, meaning if Madara awakened Rinnegan on his own, surely Izuna could achieve the same feat during his long lifetime if he is indeed Tobi.
Also, Tobi has his Sharigan always activated, leading me to assume he can't deactivate it. This would imply he isn't a Uchiha.

NARUTO 568: Acceptance
The chapter begins with Naruto holding open the mouth of the Four-Tails. He uses his overwhelming strength to push it even further, and smiles beatifically.
Inside Naruto's mind...
Naruto: So it looks like you're finally willing to work with me. I knew you'd come to sooner or later!
Naruto gives the Kyuubi the thumbs up signal.
Kyuubi: Shut your mouth, you infant! I am the Nine-Tailed Fox...I don't work for anyone! I am my own master! The only reason I'm helping you out now is so I don't get captured myself. I don't care about you!
Naruto's grin does not cease, instead becoming larger and more radiant.
Naruto: Nine-Tails, I know you don't mean that! You're finally relieved that there's someone who won't abuse you! But that's going to change...we'll defeat those who mistreated you in the past!
The Kyuubi's face contorts, a clear sign that he is highly uncomfortable. He recalls a certain encounter with an individual, having taken place over 60 years ago.
The Kyuubi stares wildly into space, its eyes bloodshot. It is filled with extreme hatred, and struggles to look at the individual who has invaded his peace and quiet.
Kyuubi: Show yourself, you coward! Whoever you think you are, you're an insigificant ant compared to me!
Unidentified: That's a rather interesting way of putting it, Nine-Tails. Of course, you fail to realize that it's my power which currently has you enslaved...
Kyuubi: Power...Sharingan?! Uchiha?!

The Nine-Tails becomes even angrier.
Kyuubi: You and your entire accursed clan are murderers and plunderers! Why the Sage of the Six Paths didn't kill that bastard elder son of his, I'll never know! It's only given rise to a population of liars, swindlers, and savages who'd just as soon kill their own brothers for power as look at them!

Kyuubi: You barbaric beasts will be undone by your own greed and deceit! Mark my words, *******!!
The figure steps into the light. It is none other than Uchiha Madara.
Madara: Apparently you haven't realized, Nine-Tails. It's you who's the animal, and it's you who will be treated as such. Your only purpose, along with the other tailed beasts, was to prevent the resurrection of the Ten-Tails. A beast that I have every intention of reviving.
Madara: As for your preconceived notions regarding the Sharingan, know that this power in my eyes isn't any ordinary Sharingan...it's the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, the very same doujutsu the Sage you speak so highly of possessed.
Kyuubi: !!
Madara: That's right...don't think he didn't take desperate measures in order to protect what was his. That might also explain why he couldn't kill his elder son. It turns out he had a soft spot in his heart for him all throughout his life, even after seeing what he'd done to their family...

The Kyuubi chakra that the fox donated to Naruto becomes so powerful that the latter is now holding the Four-Tails' mouth open with only one arm.
Naruto: I won't let you down, Nine-Tails!
Naruto prepares a Futon: Rasenshuriken, and aims it directly inside the beast's mouth.
Naruto: Eat this!
The scene switches to Jugo and Suigetsu. They walk through Orochimaru's hideout, hoping to find someone to talk to.
Jugo: This place is abandoned, Suigetsu. We should leave.
Suigetsu: Not yet. Someone has been here recently...I can feel it.
Walking deeper into the lair, Jugo and Suigetsu eventually discover a door that is ajar. They peer inside the room, but can't see much of anything.
Suigetsu: What do you reckon's inside?
Jugo: I don't know...all I can tell you is that this place is beginning to frighten me. I'm really getting the feeling that we shouldn't be here.
Suigetsu: What's with you, man? You've been acting like such a scared little girl lately!
Jugo: I'm being cautious. We haven't been here in months, and suddenly we're going to enter the private room of one of the most manipulative and psychopathic individuals on the planet.
Suigetsu: Nothing will happen. We'll take a quick look inside, and go. Happy?
Jugo acquiesces. Opening the door very carefully, they slowly walk inside and find the room in complete disarray. Torture devices lie on the ground ruined, and there are disconnected wires everywhere. Lights flash on and off, and water is dripping from the ceiling. Large chunks of the wall have been broken off, and surgery tables exist in decay, having been destroyed.
Suigetsu: What the hell...happened here?
Jugo: A revolt of some sort, perhaps?
Suigetsu: No...Orochimaru would never give up his research. Whoever's experiment this was, something went wrong and they were forced to abandon it. Could it be...?
Jugo: Suigetsu, look. There's something on that table over there.
Jugo and Suigetsu walk towards the material, and look at it with puzzled reactions. It is a white, viscuous fluid that carries the consistency of honey.
Jugo: I have no idea what any of this means.
Suigetsu: Neither do I. Maybe if I...
Suigetsu touches the material with his index finger, and analyzes it.
Suigetsu: Why would any of Orochimaru's henchmen mess around with this stuff? It's absolutely usele-
Suddenly, the pool of liquid moves, and begins forming an organism. Before long, ten white Zetsu clones stand partially crouched in front of the two. Suigetsu and Jugo stare, shocked at the sight.
Suigetsu: What the **** are these things?!
The clones attack.
The scene switches to Edo Madara's battle with the Five Kage. Both sides are locked in a stalemate, with neither landing a decisive blow on the other.
Mei: Nothing we try works! At this rate, we're going to run out of chakra!
Onoki: Consider the opposite, Mizukage! So far, we've been parrying each and every one of Madara's blows. Neither has an advantage, but that must change!
Tsunade: The Uchiha are inherently soldiers of war. It's no surprise that Madara possesses this monstrous stamina. But the Tsuchikage is right...we can't remain deadlocked forever!
Gaara remains silent, while A silently vents his frustration.
Suddenly, Madara's eyes widen, and he remains motionless for several moments.
Madara: What...is this chakra? It's so dark...
Madara turns to Mu.
Madara: Kabuto...what is that energy? My powers allow me to detect large or potent amounts of chakra, and right now I'm sensing a lethal force, very far away from here.
Kabuto: !!
Kabuto: It appears Sasuke's transplant has concluded, then. So that shaking I heard earlier wasn't just a regular earthquake...this changes everything.
Kabuto: Well, you're right in saying that there's a powerful chakra here. You might find it interesting that the person in question is an Uchiha, just like yourself. And his eyes are exactly the same as yours...the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.
Madara: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan...that doujutsu was supposed to die with me. What Uchiha out there currently has it? The only other person I can think of is Izuna, but he's...
Kabuto: Well, if you must know, the Uchiha clan was massacred decades after you died.
Madara: ?!
Madara: ...Massacred?
Kabuto: Yes. By a very talented Shinobi known as Itachi Uchiha. It is his younger brother, Sasuke Uchiha, who took his eyes and acquired the doujutsu you currently have. I can say with a fair amount of certainity that the younger will surpass the older by leaps and bounds. The sole member of the once proud Uchiha clan, he is.
Madara: Sasuke and Itachi...Kabuto. Take me to them once I finish up here. I want to meet these two brothers.
Kabuto smiles devilishly.
Kabuto: I can certainly arrange that. As a matter of fact, they're both heading my way now.
The scene switches to Naruto and company's battle against Tobi and the Pain Rikudou.
The Four-Tails is lying unconscious, and Kakashi and Gai have defeated the Two-Tails. Killer Bee has recovered.
Gai: It was all in the power of my youth, Kakashi! The sooner you embrace it, the stronger you'll become!
Kakashi: No..I think it was all in the power of Naruto's youth.
Kakashi and Gai look at Naruto, whose new Kyuubi Chakra Mode is of an orange color. His chakra shroud is more durable, and extends from his body farther than it did before. Almost like a miniature Susanoo.
Naruto: Kakashi-sensei, Uncle Bee, eyebrow sensei, this new mode is amazing! My attacks are stronger than they ever were!
Killer Bee: Mutha****a, you look amazing! All the opponents you're razing!
Tobi stands in front of the remaining paths he has, and glares at the opposition.
Tobi: Uzumaki Naruto, you've truly made a name for yourself. But not even that mode will be enough to counter this Rinnegan technique, the strongest of them all...
Naruto: Rinnegan?!
Naruto looks frantically at Kakashi and Gai.
Kakashi: Don't worry. There's nothing he can do with that eye that we don't already know about.
Tobi: You're wrong on that count, Hatake Kakashi. This is one jutsu Nagato never got to show.
Tobi makes a hand seal.
Tobi: Hell Realm: Purified Soul Extraction!

(As the Hachbi is smashed into the ground by the Yonbi, Naruto, fending off the teeth crunch of the Yonbi, uses his hands and feet to push and spin out of the mouth, crushing four front teeth. Naruto lands on top of the Hachibi’s body.)
Naruto: "I'm feeling fine, actually. Like, like I can do this... Thanks, fox."
Killer Bee: “Go, Naruto; I got yo’ back.” (Naruto leaps into the air, outreaching both palms. A chakra arm emerges on each arm of Naruto. Naruto creates two enormous sized Rasengans.)
Naruto: “Gargantuan: Rasen Rengan.” (As Naruto is inching his way towards the Yonbi’s midsection, the Yonbi attempts to pound on Naruto with his fists from above, however, the Hachbi’s tentacles wraps around them, binding the Yonbi in place. Seconds later, Naruto jutsu rips away at the Yonbi’s body like a force of nature.)
Yonbi: “Rrrrahhhhhh!” (Naruto lands to the ground and backs away as the Yonbi is faltering over. Naruto then makes his signature hand sign.)
Naruto: “Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!” (A dozen clones appear. Meanwhile, the Rokubi is slowly chasing after Kakashi and Gai, it soon expels tremendous amounts of hazardous gas towards Kakashi and Gai. Kakashi makes some hand signs and then touches the ground.)
Kakashi: “Doton: Wall.” (A tall, curved, stone wall decorated with dog heads appear. Kakashi and Gai take deep breathes of free air in the pocket.)
Gai: “Good one! Oh, boy, that was cutting it.”
Kakashi: “This wall won’t hold for long. We need to be able to mount some kind of offense.” (All of a sudden, Nibi, in its full Bijuu form has flanked Kakashi and Gai. It lets out a shrieking meow.)
Gai: “This kitty, kitty can’t handle the king of the jungle!”
Kakashi: “Gai, NOOO!” (Gai’s body emits chakra waves.)
Gai: “Wonder Gate!
(The Nibi is forming a chakra ball, but before it can unleash it, Gai leaps in front of it and makes a peculiar hand formation.)
AFTERNOON TIGER!” (The formation of this formidable tiger smashes through the Nibi’s chakra ball as well as the Nibi itself, flooring it. Gai immediately exists his enhanced form as he lands to the ground. Kakashi rushes over to him.)
Kakashi: “Damn it, Gai!” (Blood drips from Gai’s nose, mouth, and ears. Lacerations also start to appear all over Gai’s face and hands.)
Gai: “Just don’t ask me to do it again, ‘k pal?”
Kakashi: “Fool, I told you not to in the first place. We got to hurry up and locate that receiver while it’s down!” (Immediately, the wall in back starts to crack. On the other side, the Rokubi is ramming itself into it. Seconds later, it shatters. Gai and Kakashi turn to face it, however, not a second to late, the Rokubi is hit by Rasen Shuriken, stunning it for the meantime. Three shadow clones appear by Gai and Kakashi’s side.)
Gai: “Looks like someone’s feeling better; wish I could say the same.”
Kakashi: “Good to have you back. Naruto, send one of them over to receive the chakra receiver from the downed one Gai stunned. Together, we’ll find a way to subdue that big slug!”
(One of the shadow clones nods and rushes off. The scene switches over to the Sanbi, which is surrounded by three shadow clones. The scene switches over to the Shichibi, which has a shadow clone on its back as it is crashing down from mid-air and into the ground. It hits the ground, while three more shadow clones surrounds it. In another scene, Naruto, accompanied by two shadow clones approaches Tobi and the downed Gobi, who’s being restrained.)
Tobi: “Splitting them up, fine strategy. So, you finally come to face me, what makes you think anything has changed from before? I almost had your hide inches from admitting defeat”
Naruto: “It’s different this time, because I’ve got the Kyuubi on my back!”
Tobi: “Is that so!?” (Tobi gets into a striking stance, while Naruto claps his hands together. A flashback to when Naruto asks the Kyuubi to lend him chakra during his match with Neji is shown, then another one of him being revived so he could go against Sasuke at the vote, again when he’s facing Orochimaru in 4 tailed state, and finally, while he’s breaking out of Chibaku-Tensei. The flashbacks cut to the present scene.)
Naruto: “Let’s show him our power; NO MORE HOLDING BACK ON ME YOU DAMN FOX!”

(One of the shadow clones nods and rushes off. The scene switches over to the Sanbi, which is surrounded by three shadow clones. The scene switches over to the Shichibi, which has a shadow clone on its back as it is crashing down from mid-air and into the ground. It hits the ground, while three more shadow clones surrounds it. In another scene, Naruto, accompanied by two shadow clones approaches Tobi and the downed Gobi, who’s being restrained.)
Tobi: “Splitting them up, fine strategy. So, you finally come to face me, what makes you think anything has changed from before? I almost had your hide inches from admitting defeat”

A flashback to when Naruto asks the Kyuubi to lend him chakra during his match with Neji is shown, then another one of him being revived so he could go against Sasuke at the vote, again when he’s facing Orochimaru in 4 tailed state, and finally, while he’s breaking out of Chibaku-Tensei. The flashbacks cut to the present scene.)
Naruto: “Let’s show him our power; NO MORE HOLDING BACK ON ME YOU DAMN FOX!”

Sure nobody knows for sure.. but some theories make more sense than others.. I think yours (Tobi is SO6P's son) is one of the strongest theories, but still with gaps as well as mine (Tobi is Madara's brother) but still with gaps too...
In my opinion all other theories are way from being even close to any logic..
Until Kishi tells us who he is.. I'll stick to my theory: Tobi is Izuna
I was thinking about the Uchiha massacre... It seems to me that Itachi found out something very very dangerous and terrible so he began a long long plan for that.
What he discovered: the existence of Tobi, which was of incredible strength/ability. Itachi knew at that time that he hadn't the slighest chance neither anyone of the Uchiha to defeat him.
His plan: Since he can't defeat Tobi, he thought to make/educate/prepare the one that will be able to defeat Tobi... and that is Sasuke. Ie: the reason Itachi let sasuke live was so he will get stronger, then he will awaken the MS, then fight Itachi, then take Itachi's eyes.. so what I say is that Itachi planned for Sasuke to take his eyes at the very moment of the Uchiha massacre... so Sasuke defeats Tobi one day.
This reminds me a little to what Minato did when he sealed the Kyubi inside of his son Naruto.. he knew he couldn't win.. he planned and saw that one day Naruto will be strong, control the Kyubi and defeat that one behind the attack. This shows that Itachi/Minato faced the same guy and without even planning this together saw that Sasuke/Naruto will defeat him some day.
About the details of the Uchiha massacre.. The elders, Danzo, the Uchiha's real mentality, etc... I'm sure Kishi has a lot of things to reveal to us.. still..

im going to have to disagree with you saying tobi isnt uchiha. just because he has his sharigan always active does not mean he isnt uchiha. look at itachi, he was always shown with his sharigan active, all up until he died. look at sasuke after he awakened mangekyo he was always shown with his sharigan active, is he not uchiha? finally everytime madara has been showed his eyes have remained active. tobi eyes have at some point deactivated go back when he traveled with deidara. deidara knew about the sharigan and would have said something if he saw tobi with them. but he didnt...why wouldnt he when he hated the sharigan (deidara). just because tobi hasnt been shown without his sharigan deactivated doesnt mean he isnt uchiha it just means kishi hasnt shown us, or he did when tobi traveled with deidara.
also yes izuna and madara were on the same level, but remember izuna had his eyes taken by madara. you cant develop the rinnegan by yourself with no eyes....right? no eyes = no sharigan or no rinnegan or no regular eyes period, hence he would have to take an uchihas eyes. and to get rinnegan he would probably have to plant it. why would he have to plant it you might ask and argue against..well
itachi said that not just anyone gains ems or the power it brings by transplanting eyes as stated here by itachi

this means that sasuke and madara are unique. why do i say this? because there have been no other accounts of people awakening the ems except for those two and im sure kishi has a reason for that. maybe it has something to do with the hate that fills them like that of the elder son of the so6p. whatever it is only those two could awaken ems, when even other uchiha tried but failed.
still i believe tobi is some type of uchiha without a doubt he has to be. and i still believe he is izuna. why he knows everything, the only person who would work with his brother, has the strength to match his brother allowing him to impersonate madara. and yes he had to transplant eyes because didnt have any thats why he took all the uchiha eyes and nagato eyes. why would he have all those uchiha eyes? to try and awaken ems sharigan but failed just like every other uchiha other than madara and sasuke. plus there are other details to why i believe he is izuna but just dont feel like writing it again i stated it in earlier threads.

question for those who say the sharigan never turns off in those who it has been transplanted to. why in this picture is kakashis sharigan deactivated????????
and why did it react to tobis sharigan? i aint one to believe obito is tobi but dang this kinda changes my theory that its izuna. i just been reading all the manga over(yea im bored).

this could be an explanation to tobis space time ninjutsu and kakashis spacetime ninjutsu. it was never explained how kakashi got his mangekyo maybe it was i dont remember, but if tobi is obito it could explain the development of the mangekyou in kakashi and could explain the space time ninjutsu for tobi
