anyways - this was a different theory of myn, but then i thought of another one...

Tobirama was not seal oro used edo and the first and second Hokage Hokage is only after he tried to kill oro. 3 Hokage .. the second point. if they were sealed so you can not use edo on dem then tobi as a better reason to make an edo on the 4 Hokage and get the second half of the fox is no reason to hunt naruto. I know you can not use edo of Hokage. from 1 to 4th but it could oro on the first and second Hokage in the first Naruto anime series i mean this is naruto No. 67 you can see it or am I just wrong?
