wat the..... so thats wat they did i thought they were extreme guys and girls who gave extreme epic answers thatt were like a page long but right now most of the threads r kinda lame its like batle of the fanboys

It all comes to "less members".

Less members and most of us only wanted to have fun. The RP only really really kicked off begining of 2009 or something around that. This was when the rules of the RP were made. Before then it was only description like battles. I remember one from SY Vs Rei. Things were...lighter and people were way nicer. No trolls or douches around. At least, not like they are today.

Things we talked about? Same old thing: Naruto and manga and what will happen next. Those were always the hottest or most frequent topics. The forum was also less restricted but at the same time there was no need for it as most of the members behaved. I'm member 3623 and so that you see, member 13750 joined 30/12. This means that in about 8 months nb gained 10 000 members. And most weren't active. NB now has 100 000 members. That is the main difference. And trolls became much more common because of that.

I guess if we want a change we are going to have to step it up(talking to newer members).

u mean u guys and girls could fight and use any jutsu u wanted
and im getting kinda bored though we need some epic threads but not much to discuss about Naruto other then guessing who tobi is and way to many threads about that

Not that I was present in the early days of NB, but I can agree that the threads now, especially in the Naruto section itself, s*ck really hard... I guess the more members you get on a forum the more trolls will rise.
