Himeko's most notable features are her blue eyes and shoulder length blonde hair which flips up at the ends. Her hair is also dyed blonde, as when shown in the past she has brown hair. She can almost always be seen with a Pelollipop candy in her mouth, which has been mistaken as a cigarette in the past when she was more known as "Onihime". She can be mostly seen wearing her standard get-up of a white shirt with a large collar, her red collar ribbon dangling there and a short black skirt, almost like a uniform. She is also shown wearing a black choker and black high-heeled shoes.
She does wear casual clothes sometimes, but most of the time she is seen in her "uniform". Also her casual clothes change quite often, due to her having quite the set of clothes.
Personality ★☆
By nature, Himeko is quite cranky and temperamental, despite trying to remain with a positive and upbeat attitude. She has a good sense of humor especially when her patience is about to run out, which isn't very much mind you, and when she snaps she would usually resort to violence. When anything goes wrong with herself or other people Himeko tends to think that violence is the only answer and in her case, it usually is.
Despite her attitude towards violence, she has a good heart and is more than willing to help out anyway who needs it. Unlike her companions though which she frequently teams up with, Yuusuke "Bossun" Fujisaki and Usui "Switch" Kazuyoshi, she tends to be more serious about ordeals when it comes to helping people.
Himeko really doesn't care for her name "Hime" which can translate into "Princess" because of how she feels of her tomboyish personality. She also doesn't really like her last name either, which can translate into "Demon" meaning she's quite menacing, which is often true.

When Himeko was born she was given the name "Hime" which can translate to Love or Princess. After growing up she really didn't feel like a girly name such as that would fit a girl like her with a tomboyish attitude.
Himeko grew up in Sunagakure and started training for being a Shinobi there at a young age. Not much is known about her early years, since she was just a normal girl with short brown hair who really didn't stand out above anyone else. She passed her Genin test with standard results just like everyone else.
One place in class where Himeko had really stood out was in her skills with using a weapon, but not any ordinary weapon. But a hockey stick which was used more like a sword than a staff. She was gifted with a special hockey stick which really suit her because of it's density. She had named it Valkyrie, which she brought everywhere, being her most trusted friend, in a sense.
Birth of the OnihimeWhen she was 14 she had moved into a Chuunin class, learning more and more about being a strong Kunoichi. She was befriended by another average girl who goes by the name of Arisa. She was another girl with long brown hair and pig-tails on either side and was really afraid of sticking out. She preferred to blend in because she was afraid of being bullied and other things, so because of this she decided to make friends with everyone. She was also considered wealthy by others.
One day when Himeko was walking home through the city with her usual route she noticed Arisa with a band of delinquents. At first she had thought that Arisa was being targeted by the bullies at the school and followed them, which eventually she found them in the alleyway. Her suspicions of her being targeted seemed to be confirmed even further when she had seen Arisa handing these delinquents an envelope. The next day she asked Arisa about what happened that night. She was determined to tell her there was nothing wrong, but with Himeko jumping to conclusions she had thought Arisa was weak and much more feminine and kind than her, so she vowed to protect her. She also believes this is why Arisa was finally targeted by these delinquents.
That night Arisa and Himeko had gone to the meeting place with these delinquents and to get to the bottom of this. Earlier on this day Himeko had found out about her being asked for money and having to bring it to these bullies. What they had found out that night was in fact someone they knew, Kyōko, someone who also in their Chuunin class. Arisa, having brought someone along who shouldn't be there, Himeko was beaten up by Kyōko, but refused to ever go down so she could protect her friend. In this process though a letter had falled out of her pocket addressed to "Kyōko" which gave a sense of familiarity between her and Arisa.
She really had no idea what was going on now, whether she was being targeted or not, so Arisa would enlighten her on the subject. She had explained that because she had money, that she was paying Kyōko and her band of delinquents for protection, like personal bodyguards. Being bullied in the genin grades and younger even, Arisa thought the easiest way to blend in would be friends with the strongest person. She then got mad at Himeko for calling her weak and this is when Himeko's emotions boiled over, for being deceived. Kyōko was about to deliver the final blow to her when her fist was caught. Himeko would then bring out her Valkyrie and then had the look of a lifeless demon, and beat everyone except Arisa severely. A rumor started to spread of her actions and because of that, she was isolated and alone, but moreso feared. Other ninja started picking fights at her, only to lose to each and every one of them. Eventually she had become a legend, known as the Demon Princess, or Onihime.True feelings
Himeko didn't really like the title she had received, so when she had entered the more advanced classes of Jounin rank she wanted to go somewhere else, where no one would know the name. On her own will she decided to move and make a living in Kirigakure, because she would think that no one would know of the Onihime. She wanted to move there since what she had thought was that from moving far away would people know of Onihime or not. Since moving she dyed her hair blonde to give off more of an impression that she wasn't that demon. Rather then trying to get to know people and make friends she would try to stay isolated, like she had become back in Sunagakure and try to be invisible. Little did she know that some people did know of the Onihime, and that the legend had even reached that far.
During a fitness test that all new recruits were provided to show, she had shown that she was quite strong in this, just stronger than the average kunoichi. She was then approached by someone by the name of Chiaki, who thought she could use the strength of Himeko. Himeko, wanting to be alone and in isolation wouldn't dare want to become friends with her. Chiaki was quite persistent though and wouldn't give up.
Days later she had accidentally found a red cap mixed in with all her usual Jounin equipment. With no intent of keeping it, since it was just a faint memory of the people back in Sunagakure, she was then approached with an enthusiastic young man by the name of Yuusuke Fujisaki, who had seen that sort of hat before and really wanted it. Himeko gave the hat to him and told him in return to leave her in isolation. Just like Chiaki, he couldn't do that either. Either way Himeko had grown tired of them and just got used to their presence around her.
A few days later at night, there was a couple of mean-looking guys who had done something bad and didn't want to be caught. Something had been caught flying their way, a shuriken perhaps. It was Chiaki practicing with ninja tools and a shuriken had flown off-course. These bad people then blamed her for performing this bad thing and told her to bring money to them the next night.
The next day Chiaki was feeling a bit down because of what had happened the previous night. Himeko had found out what happened to her and what she needed to do. At first Himeko told her not to go because she knew that these bad people's true intentions were to not take her money, but to take her hostage and use her for other needs. She refused to help her at first because she felt like she didn't need friends. Yuusuke having heard what happened was mad at Himeko because she refused to help her, and that she should treasure friendships even if she didn't want them. She had finally subdued and told Yuusuke where the event was happening, but lying to him about where it was, because she didn't want him involved.She had arrived at the scene with Valkyrie and Chiaki, and fought these people for her. They were quite resilient in losing the fight and wouldn't go down easy. Himeko took a final swing at one of them, who had defended himself with a thick branch of a nearby tree, and her Valkyrie had snapped in half. Having the upper hand, the bad people would take them hostage. This would be the case, but in the end Yuusuke has turned up, having learned of their whereabouts and making them let go of the girls with his Pachinko Slingshot. Himeko went into her "Onihime" mode after this and beat them all to the point where they couldn't stand with a nearby stick. Through the rough-housing she experienced her hair fell loose, and because of her instincts and fighting style, these bad people, who had obviously heard of the rumor found out she was in fact, the Onihime. They would bow down to her and the go amscray, since they didn't want to get into any more trouble with them.
Having revealed her true identity to Yuusuke and Chiaki, she was prepared for the worst, and that they would dump her right on the spot only to feel left alone and isolated again. They wouldn't even allow that for a second. Yuusuke even asked her to form a support group with him because it's something he liked to do and seemed to be something she liked to do as well. At first she resisted, but he wouldn't take no for an answer, stating that he didn't want her to join but needed her, and her strength. Himeko was surprised and was so happy that she had finally found somewhere she fit in. She would ball her eyes out in happiness knowing that now she would finally belong somewhere. Himeko had finally accepted the fact that she was the Onihime as well.
A New BeginningNowadays she seemed to live up the the positive personality, giving Yuusuke, now known as "Bossun" lots of attention, good and bad. She also had a new hockey stick, known as Cyclone. Those two, along with Usui, or "Switch" now perform assorted missions together, helping anyone in need. During one of her ordeals with someone extorting people, she had broken Cyclone and there wasn't much to it either. She needed another stick which suited her needs.
The next day they would go to the store where she could pick up a new stick. She would go to the same place she bought her Cyclone, so she would know the people who work there. Coincidentally the store was under "new management" who really knew nothing about the equipment she needed. Bossun had asked him about why he wouldn't know anything about it, stating that he's only recently taken over the store. He wasn't to be believe, and in a cupboard in the store he found the store's real manager who was tied up and couldn't move. The man who was posing was a thief and had ran away. Himeko game chase to him, grabbing the first stick she saw and knocking him out with one single blow. The manager of the store with much gratitude, decided to give her the stick free of charge.
Looking at the stick's branding which she thought had said "Fragrance" she had no idea what to call it, since she usually gives her hockey sticks a name. Her, Bossun and Switch started thinking of what she should call it, seeing as Fragrance means a nice scent in a small breeze. From there she had intended to name it "Kunpūmaru" meaning small breeze. After closer examination on the stick though it seemed to say "Flagrance" instead, which means atrocity or notoriety, which the boys thought to be fitting for her.

Flagrance, otherwise known as Kunpūmaru which was it's original name is a hockey stick, or staff if you prefer it like that. It's a light blue colour and quite dense so it hits harder than regular sticks. It has the word "Flagrance" engraved on the side of the stick. It means atrocity or notoriety which others say suits Himeko given her personality. It is her weapon of choice, choosing it over other preferred shinobi weapons like katanas. There's nothing special about Flagrance, as in it doesn't give any chakra bonuses or anything, but it suits her fighting style.
