3) Why would obito even be evil
4) Tobi is too old as he is a full adult when he fights minato
5) Tobi has grown the senju plant from hashirama's dna, so he must have at least been alive while hashirama was alive.
6) Madara knows Tobi personally while Madara died before obito died

I actually still kind of believe he is, but the argument that made me doubt it is this:

Minato fought Tobi, right? But Obito was Minato's student at the time, so he couldn't have been the one who attacked him.

BUT I believe that if Tobi is Obito, he probably got a new time travel Sharingan power (let's face it, the thing can already spew black fire, control an enemy's mind, summon a giant purple beast, make meteors; why not add time travel? Perhaps it's his mangekyou ability) and came back in time.

I dunno though.
