I don't get it, too, to be honest, but it could be something like this:

Its about this kid, who shot down 3 of his familiy memebers, because they believe he learned it from playing Grand thieft auto : Vice city..

I have no idea, what this point is about, English is not my major langague.. So its hard for me to understand thosse weird words o.o ( Im from Denmark. )

But, I have really no idea if the text is biased or neutral.. -.-

Biased- Did people write it in a way that makes one side seem better than the other side (Think fox news)

Neutral- Is it written free of Bias. Or without a personal agenda.
