Naruto VS Killer Bee

I was just wondering for a while who would win in a fight out of these two. Now, before you blurt out ramdom things, please think and take these factors to mind:

Naruto is wind and Bee is lightning.
Naruto's beast is stronger, but Bee has far more control and a better relationship mith his.
Naruto has SM.
Bee is master of sword fighting.
They are both mostly close range.
Bee's raps p1ss Naruto off.

To be honest I'm starting to believe that more tails don't necessarily mean more power. The hachibi even said that just because you have more tails doesn't make you stronger. Then the hachibi gets tossed around by the Yonbi(4 tails).

With all this being said I think Bee will win, but barely.

Bee will win barely from what we have seen. But if Kyuubi willingly submits to Naruto then Naruto would win.

Bee will win, beacuse he is more calm and acts more logical. Also his relationship to his beast is stronger. AND Naruto will possibly loose control because of the annoying raps.

I think Naruto would win.

He has some sweet moves and although Bee is better in many aspects, I still think Naruto has the upper hand with his clones,sage mode,Kyuubi mode,rasengans(incl shuriken), summons etc. Bee has shown epic close range abilities and really good fighting skills. Still think Naruto takes this one. Also, I noticed some time ago that the Kyuubi wasn't using Naruto's chakra, so assumed he was trying to help him. When Kyuubi joins in, Naruto is Boss.
